Position Summary
As a Homeowner Services Officer, you will manage a substantial portfolio of leasehold, freehold, and shared ownership properties. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering specialist advice and support across all aspects of homeowner services. Working from our Eastleigh office, you will take full responsibility for leasehold management, ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and the smooth operation of each property in your care.
Responsibilities
- Manage a comprehensive portfolio of leasehold, freehold, and shared ownership properties
- Provide specialist advice and guidance to customers on homeowner-related matters
- Take full responsibility for all aspects of leasehold management and administration
- Maintain positive customer relationships through responsive, professional communication
- Ensure properties operate smoothly and all regulatory requirements are met
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely manner
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management, residential services, or a related customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of leasehold, freehold, and shared ownership property structures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and customers simultaneously
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Professional approach to problem-solving and customer service
