The Opportunity
We're seeking a results-oriented Loan Officer to drive business growth and strengthen our community banking presence. You'll identify lending opportunities, build lasting client partnerships, and recommend financial solutions tailored to each customer's needs. Your Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new lending prospects through networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Develop comprehensive loan proposals and guide clients through the application and approval process

- Present additional banking products and services to both new and existing customers
- Conduct regular client reviews to foster strong relationships and identify additional opportunities

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze financial information and assess credit risk
- Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
