Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about product specifications, availability, and pricing with timely, accurate information
• Prepare and deliver competitive price quotes and delivery schedules for all product lines
• Process customer orders and manage order-related communications throughout fulfillment
• Develop existing accounts and cultivate new business relationships, converting prospects into loyal customers
