Gallant is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a high-performing project team in Houston, Texas, taking full ownership of a diverse commercial project portfolio from start to finish.
About the Role
As Project Director at Gallant, you will be the driving force behind the success of every project in your team's portfolio. Based on-site at Candlelight Forest West, Houston, this full-time leadership position holds you accountable for delivering on each client's expectations across scope, budget, and schedule. You will set the standard for execution, overseeing the people, systems, and milestones that keep complex commercial projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ultimate accountability for the overall success of your team's project portfolio.
- Ensure every client's objectives around project scope, budgets, and timelines are consistently met.
- Monitor the resources, workflows, and progress of each individual project under your direction.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and safeguard client satisfaction at every stage.
- Guide and support your team to deliver successful outcomes across all engagements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience directing or managing commercial construction or related project portfolios.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee scope, budgets, and schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent client management abilities and a commitment to delivering client satisfaction.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Houston, Texas (this is not a remote position).
