Manager, Supply Chain Management

L3Harris seeks a Manager, Supply Chain Management to lead supply chain operations at our Bristol, Bucks County facility. In this full-time role, you'll oversee procurement strategies, logistics coordination, and supplier relationships to ensure seamless delivery of critical aerospace and defense components.

What This Role Involves

As Manager, Supply Chain Management at L3Harris, you will develop and execute supply chain strategies that support our manufacturing and program delivery commitments. You will manage vendor relationships, optimize inventory levels, and drive continuous improvement across our supply chain operations. This role requires a deep understanding of defense industry procurement standards and a commitment to operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor supply chain team members to achieve performance targets and professional development goals
• Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management
• Manage inventory planning and control to minimize costs while maintaining service levels
• Ensure compliance with defense industry regulations, quality standards, and supply chain security requirements
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to support on-time delivery and cost efficiency
• Analyze supply chain metrics and lead initiatives to improve processes and reduce waste
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams on supply chain requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing
• Proven track record in vendor management, procurement, and logistics coordination
• Knowledge of defense industry standards and compliance requirements (ITAR, EAR, FAR)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with supply chain management software and ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
