This leadership role encompasses the complete delivery lifecycle of major infrastructure programs, from planning and resource allocation through deployment and operations. You work across multiple business units—retail, supply chain, and corporate—ensuring infrastructure investments deliver measurable business value.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large infrastructure programs and projects aligned with retail, supply chain, and corporate organizational needs
• Establish governance frameworks and oversight structures to ensure consistent project execution, risk management, and quality standards
• Manage budgets and resources to deliver initiatives on schedule and within financial constraints

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience at director level managing large infrastructure programs or complex technology projects
• Demonstrated ability to deliver programs on time, within budget, and with high operational quality
• Strong background in infrastructure governance, program management, and project delivery methodologies
• Experience managing P&L responsibility and leading cross-functional teams
• Understanding of retail, supply chain, or corporate technology environments and their unique demands
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution discipline
