• Partner with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to execute business strategies and meet store performance goals
• Lead and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
• Model exemplary customer service and coach team members to consistently deliver exceptional shopping experiences
• Support operational excellence through attention to inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment that reflects G-Iii Leather Fashions' commitment to quality and professionalism
