What You'll Do

• Engage with customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs and presenting DKNY merchandise
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and styling guidance to support purchasing decisions
• Process transactions accurately and professionally at point-of-sale
• Maintain merchandising standards, product displays, and store organization
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives
• Represent the DKNY brand with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum 6 months of direct customer service experience, ideally in face-to-face retail or hospitality settings (preferred)
