About the Role

As a Department Supervisor at Home Depot in Fairless Hills, you'll take direct ownership of your department's people and performance. You'll guide a team of associates daily, ensuring every customer who walks in can find what they need quickly and leaves with confidence in their purchase. This is a ground-level leadership position that also contributes meaningfully to store-wide strategy through regular collaboration with Store Management and the Operations Team.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop department associates to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Train team members on product knowledge, merchandising standards, and store operating procedures
• Maintain a well-organized, fully stocked, and clearly signed department so customers can shop with ease
• Monitor department performance and share actionable insights with Store Management and Operations leadership
• Contribute to merchandising decisions, including product placement, promotional execution, and inventory management
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, modeling the service standards you expect from your team
• Partner with other department supervisors and store leaders to support overall store goals
• Uphold safety, compliance, and loss-prevention standards throughout the department
