About This Position

We're seeking an experienced Automotive Alignment Technician to deliver precision wheel alignment and related suspension services at our state-of-the-art facility. You'll work with modern diagnostic equipment to diagnose vehicle alignment issues, perform corrective adjustments, and help customers understand how proper alignment extends tire life and improves safety. This is a hands-on role ideal for technicians who take pride in technical accuracy and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete vehicle alignment services using computerized alignment equipment
• Inspect and diagnose suspension, steering, and alignment problems
• Adjust wheel angles to manufacturer specifications
• Document all work performed and parts used accurately
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment
• Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to meet customer needs

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an automotive alignment technician or similar vehicle service role
• Strong knowledge of suspension systems, steering geometry, and alignment procedures
• Ability to operate wheel alignment machines and diagnostic tools
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate customer vehicles
• Professional attitude and reliable attendance
• Willingness to help customers understand their vehicle's maintenance needs
