Role Overview

As a Site Supervisor II, you'll direct all aspects of preschool site operations, from program quality and child safety to staff management and family partnerships. You serve as the primary leader for your site, ensuring compliance with state regulations and county standards while fostering an environment where young learners thrive. This hands-on supervisory role directly shapes outcomes for children and families across our service areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and support staff members
