San Bernardino County is hiring a full-time PSD Teacher I (Early Head Start Home Base) within Preschool Services, supporting the growth and well-being of infants, toddlers, and their families through home-based early education. About the Role
As a PSD Teacher I (Early Head Start Home Base) with San Bernardino County, you will deliver Early Head Start services directly in family homes, partnering with parents and caregivers to nurture early childhood development. This is a full-time, on-site position based in San Bernardino County, US, with immediate vacancies available. Newly hired employees recruited for this position may qualify for bonus payments of up to $2,000, distributed as $500 at hire, $500 after completing 2,080 service hours, and $1,000 after an additional 2,080 service hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead home-based learning experiences that promote each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build trusting relationships with parents and caregivers, coaching them as their child's first and most important teacher.
- Conduct regular home visits and facilitate group socialization activities for enrolled families.
