About This Position

iHeartMedia is seeking a full-time Outside Account Executive to develop new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships in the Fort Myers market. In this role, you'll represent iHeartMedia's suite of audio advertising products and services to prospective and current clients, working to secure contracts and expand revenue within your assigned territory. This is a field-based position requiring you to engage directly with business decision-makers throughout the Fort Myers, Lee County area.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new advertising clients within assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing account holders to drive retention and growth
• Present advertising solutions and media packages tailored to client business goals
• Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with internal teams including creative, promotions, and operations
• Track pipeline activity, manage territory data, and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Represent iHeartMedia at industry events and community networking opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, or B2B sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and close deals with business decision-makers
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in the field throughout Fort Myers and Lee County
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
