Robotic Welder

Manpower is hiring a Robotic Welder for a full-time position in Clare, Michigan. Our manufacturing client seeks a skilled operator who takes pride in precision work and contributes actively to a production-focused team.

What This Role Involves

As a Robotic Welder, you'll operate and maintain automated welding systems that are critical to our client's production output. This position combines equipment operation, quality oversight, and equipment care in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll work with state-of-the-art robotic systems to produce components that meet strict industry standards.

What You'll Do

• Set up, calibrate, and operate robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welds on various components
• Monitor weld output and perform visual inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic systems to minimize downtime
• Adjust settings and parameters based on product requirements and quality feedback
• Work with team members to meet daily production targets and quality goals
• Report equipment issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating robotic or automated welding equipment, or equivalent hands-on manufacturing background
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Reliable attendance and a proactive, safety-conscious work ethic
• Ability to read technical specifications and work from blueprints or digital documentation
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and adapt to equipment-focused responsibilities
