About the Role

As an Operations Intern at Hensel Phelps, you'll support the essential functions that keep our construction projects running efficiently. Working in our Chelan County office, you'll collaborate with experienced operations professionals and gain exposure to project management, logistics, and the systems that drive successful construction delivery.

What You'll Do

• Support project operations teams with planning, coordination, and implementation activities
• Maintain and organize project documentation, schedules, and operational records
• Assist with equipment inventory management and resource allocation
• Perform data entry and help generate reports on project progress
• Support safety compliance and documentation requirements
• Help coordinate communication between field and office operations
• Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives

Compensation and Employment Terms

This full-time internship offers hourly compensation of $20.00–$28.00 per hour based on location, plus housing allowance or company-provided housing.
