Oracle is hiring a full-time Director, Compliance & Property Management to steer the governance and regulatory backbone of one of the world's fastest-expanding cloud data center footprints, based in Wake Island, Honolulu.
About the Role
As Director, Compliance & Property Management at Oracle, you will direct the administrative, regulatory, and governance functions supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's growing portfolio of hyperscale data center properties. You will set and execute property strategy spanning land administration, municipal partnerships, lease and contractual commitments, permitting, and environmental and regulatory adherence. This is an on-site leadership position in Wake Island, Honolulu.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end property strategy and operational delivery across the OCI hyperscale data center portfolio.
- Manage land administration and coordinate closely with municipal and local government bodies.
- Oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring all properties meet applicable legal and environmental standards.
- Administer lease agreements, contract obligations, and related commitments.
- Lead permitting processes and navigate environmental requirements tied to facility growth.
- Provide governance oversight across the expanding property estate.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in property management, real estate administration, or facilities governance.
- Strong command of regulatory compliance, permitting, and environmental obligations.
- Familiarity with lease and contract administration and municipal coordination.
- Ability to shape and execute property strategy across a large, growing portfolio.
- Willingness to work on-site in Wake Island, Honolulu.
