Your Responsibilities
- Perform inspections and functional tests on components and assemblies to confirm compliance with design specifications
- Collect, record, and analyze quality metrics to identify process trends and improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot quality discrepancies and partner with production and engineering teams on root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Maintain complete documentation of test data, calibration records, and compliance files
- Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot precision measuring and testing instruments
- Support quality audits and verify adherence to manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience as a Quality Technician or equivalent quality assurance role in manufacturing or production
- Solid grasp of quality systems, inspection protocols, and measurement techniques
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and work instructions accurately
- Comfort using quality control equipment and data management software
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Availability to work in a production setting with flexible scheduling as needed
