In this full-time position based in Charleston, you'll transform complex customer, digital, and campaign datasets into actionable intelligence that optimizes member experience and elevates marketing effectiveness across enterprise initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Analyze customer behavior, digital engagement, and campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities
• Design and execute analytical frameworks that connect business objectives to data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate across Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Enterprise Analytics teams to solve complex business challenges
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels
• Track and measure key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Translate strategic questions from business partners into comprehensive analytical approaches and deliverables
• Identify trends in member acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics to guide future strategy

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or related analytical roles
• Advanced proficiency with analytics platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into business impact
• Strong communication skills—the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
• Experience analyzing customer acquisition, retention, and member experience metrics
