Maximus is hiring a New Provider Liaison to join our Veterans Evaluation Services team in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County. In this full-time position, you'll serve as the primary contact and support system for newly contracted medical providers, ensuring smooth onboarding and successful integration into our network.
About the Role
The New Provider Liaison position is central to the success of our Veterans Evaluation Services program. You'll be responsible for guiding newly contracted medical providers through their transition into our network, providing them with the resources, training, and ongoing support they need to deliver quality services to veterans.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for newly contracted medical providers, building strong working relationships from day one
- Provide comprehensive onboarding support, including training on protocols, systems, and expectations
- Guide providers through credential verification, compliance requirements, and integration processes
- Deliver ongoing technical and administrative support to ensure provider success and satisfaction
- Facilitate communication between providers and internal teams to resolve questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all provider interactions and support activities
- Monitor provider performance and engagement to identify areas where additional support is needed

- Understanding of or interest in healthcare provider networks and veteran services
