Branch Recruiter (Multi-Site)

Join BrightView as a full-time Branch Recruiter based in Chantilly, supporting our multi-site operations across Maryland and Virginia. You'll lead comprehensive recruitment efforts for hourly field positions across multiple branch locations including Laurel, Chantilly, and Chesapeake, ensuring each market has the talent it needs to succeed.

About the Role

This position manages the complete recruitment lifecycle for hourly field positions serving multiple branch operations. You'll combine strategic sourcing with hands-on recruitment coordination, connecting talented candidates with field roles while supporting branch managers' staffing needs across three key markets.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates strategically and build talent pipelines for hourly field positions
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across multiple branch locations
• Manage job postings and recruitment marketing across relevant channels
• Coordinate with branch leadership and hiring managers on staffing requirements
• Process reference checks and background verification
• Support new hire onboarding and first-day orientation activities
• Track recruitment progress, hiring metrics, and time-to-fill
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams

What We're Looking For

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, especially for hourly or field positions
• Demonstrated sourcing skills and knowledge of recruitment platforms and job boards
• Ability to manage multiple open positions across different locations concurrently
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Understanding of hiring compliance and employment best practices
• Comfort with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
