What You'll Do
- Operate a commercial dry van vehicle safely and efficiently across multiple states
- Plan and execute routes while meeting delivery deadlines and customer expectations
- Maintain accurate logbooks and vehicle maintenance records in compliance with DOT regulations
- Inspect and maintain your leased equipment to ensure roadworthiness and safety
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate freight pickups and deliveries
- Practice professional driving habits and follow company and federal transportation standards
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement
- Minimum 12 months of professional commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record and passing background check
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Professional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
Compensation & Opportunity
Lease operators at Anderson Trucking Service earn $4,350 to $5,700 gross weekly, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus to support your transition into independent operation. You'll benefit from reliable equipment, consistent freight opportunities, and the flexibility to build your own business.
