About the Role

As a Senior Relationship Manager with PNC Private Bank, you are the primary point of contact for a select group of affluent clients. You will manage their banking and investment portfolios, understand their long-term financial aspirations, and recommend customized strategies that align with their life goals. This position combines relationship excellence with financial expertise to deepen client trust, drive assets under management, and build a thriving practice in the Atlanta market.

What You'll Do

• Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices, becoming their trusted wealth advisor
• Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand client objectives, risk tolerance, and long-term plans
• Recommend integrated banking, investment, credit, and trust solutions that address client priorities
• Coordinate with PNC specialists—portfolio managers, trust officers, lending experts—to deliver comprehensive financial guidance
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand assets under management within your client base
• Monitor client portfolios and market conditions, proactively reaching out with relevant insights and recommendations
• Ensure all interactions and documentation comply with banking regulations and internal standards
• Achieve revenue and client retention goals while upholding the highest standards of service

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in private banking, wealth management, or relationship management roles
• Proven track record growing client portfolios and consistently exceeding revenue targets
• Deep working knowledge of wealth management products, investment strategies, and private banking services
• Excellent communication and active listening skills that inspire client confidence
• Ability to identify complex client needs and design tailored solutions
• Comfort with banking technology platforms and client management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline preferred
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional results as part of a team
