What You'll Do
- Perform complete overhauls and major repairs on commercial fleet vehicles and components
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using OEM specifications and diagnostic equipment
- Execute transmission and engine work on fleet vehicles according to manufacturer standards
- Conduct preventive maintenance and scheduled service to minimize equipment downtime
- Document all repair work and maintain accurate service records
- Adhere to safety protocols and OEM procedures in all technical work
- Coordinate with team members to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations
What We're Looking For
- Technical background in commercial fleet vehicle maintenance and overhaul
- Hands-on experience with truck transmissions, engines, and related systems
