Direct Support Professionals at Kindly Direct Care provide essential, hands-on care and support to individuals in our community. You'll work flexible hours across day, evening, and weekend shifts, earning $17–$24 per hour based on experience and skills. Core Duties

• Provide direct personal care assistance including activities of daily living
• Support clients with medication reminders and health-related tasks as trained
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment
• Foster meaningful social engagement and recreational activities
• Communicate progress and concerns clearly to supervisors and care teams
• Respect client dignity, privacy, and individual preferences
