Client Service Specialist International

Banesco Usa is hiring a Client Service Specialist – International in Doral, Miami-Dade County for our growing International Department. In this full-time role, you'll support relationship managers in cultivating client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and strengthening our international banking services portfolio.

About the Role

As a Client Service Specialist – International, you'll be the bridge between our relationship managers and international clients, ensuring seamless communication, efficient service delivery, and strategic portfolio expansion. You'll work directly within our international banking division, supporting the development of key client relationships and contributing to new business initiatives that align with Banesco Usa's strategic objectives.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to gather client information, analyze financial needs, and identify new business opportunities within the international client base
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the International Department, including documentation, research, and reporting
• Assist with portfolio management activities, helping to develop and expand assigned client relationships
• Support client onboarding, account maintenance, and relationship continuity for international banking services
• Prepare materials, presentations, and summaries to support relationship managers in client meetings and strategy discussions
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client requests and service delivery
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to client interactions and portfolio activity

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus for international client interactions
• Ability to work collaboratively with relationship managers and other team members
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office and comfort learning banking systems and software tools
• Understanding of international banking, trade finance, or cross-border financial services is valued
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and commitment to client service excellence
