About the Role
The Times Square is a 652-unit permanent supportive housing community serving low-income residents, individuals living with HIV/AIDS, veterans, and people experiencing chronic homelessness—many navigating complex challenges including mental health conditions. As Tenant Services Coordinator, you'll bridge our residents and the comprehensive social services delivered on-site by the Center for Urban Community Services, while supporting Breaking Ground's property management operations.
What You'll Do
- Engage with tenants to understand their needs and connect them to available resources and support programs
- Collaborate with social services staff to coordinate resident referrals and program access
- Support tenant community events, activities, and communications
- Help residents navigate building policies, procedures, and available services
- Document interactions and track outcomes to evaluate program effectiveness
- Assist with building operations and contribute to resident-centered problem-solving
