What You'll Do

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise meat and produce items to company standards, ensuring freshness and visual appeal
• Maintain department sanitation and food safety compliance with health and safety regulations
• Safely operate equipment including scales, slicers, and refrigerated display units
• Assist customers by locating products, answering questions, and offering knowledgeable recommendations
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management to restocking needs throughout your shift
• Process markdowns, prepare promotional displays, and support seasonal initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and department targets
