Growth Hacker – Remote

EnthuZiastic, based in Wheeling, Ohio County, is hiring a full-time remote Growth Hacker to accelerate community growth and engagement. In this remote role, you'll develop and execute strategies that bring our members together, connect them authentically, and help the platform scale across the United States.

About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Hacker who combines data-driven analysis with creative experimentation to fuel user acquisition and retention. You'll own growth initiatives that directly impact how our community members connect, support one another, and thrive together on our platform. Working fully remote, you'll collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify high-leverage opportunities and execute rapid iterations.

What You'll Do

• Develop data-driven growth strategies to expand our user base and deepen member engagement
• Identify and test unconventional marketing channels and tactics to discover scalable acquisition pathways
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and key metrics to uncover optimization opportunities
• Design and run experiments to validate growth hypotheses and measure impact
• Build dashboards and tracking systems to monitor progress against growth objectives
• Collaborate across teams to iterate rapidly, scaling what works and pivoting away from what doesn't

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience driving measurable growth through creative, unconventional channels
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and modeling
• Experience designing A/B tests, interpreting results, and optimizing conversion funnels
• Marketing expertise with understanding of customer acquisition channels and funnel mechanics
• Self-starter mentality—comfortable with ambiguity and able to move quickly
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
