About the Role
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations in an inpatient rehabilitation environment. You'll be part of a collaborative care team committed to helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence following injury, surgery, or illness.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
- Provide direct patient treatment, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional mobility training
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols to optimize clinical outcomes
- Document clinical findings, treatment sessions, and patient progress in the medical record
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies to support continued recovery
What We're Looking For
- Valid state physical therapy license
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional excellence
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred
