What You'll Do
- Oversee daily surveillance and investigative operations, ensuring all cases meet quality standards and regulatory requirements

- Manage case assignments, resource allocation, and scheduling to maximize efficiency across active investigations
- Conduct and supervise surveillance operations using appropriate techniques, equipment, and protocols
- Prepare detailed investigative reports, documentation, and case summaries for clients and legal proceedings
- Maintain strict compliance with Arizona private investigation laws and licensing requirements
- Communicate directly with clients regarding case status, findings, and investigative strategy
- Evaluate emerging investigative techniques and tools to enhance operational capabilities
What We're Looking For
- Arizona Private Investigator license (or ability to obtain one)
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on surveillance and field investigation experience
- Proven track record leading investigative teams or managing complex cases
- Strong knowledge of surveillance methods, legal boundaries, and investigative protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle high-pressure situations
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accurate, thorough documentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
