What You'll Do
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartment units and common areas
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and service orders
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all maintenance activities
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized work is needed
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and building code requirements
- Interact professionally with residents to address concerns and enhance their living experience
What We're Looking For
- Minimum one year of hands-on property or apartment maintenance experience
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Solid problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Physical capability to perform maintenance work, including lifting and climbing
- Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
