What This Role Involves

As a Dishwasher at this Grand Teton Lodge Company and Flagg Ranch Company location, you'll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen operations running smoothly. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you'll maintain sanitation standards and ensure all kitchen equipment, serviceware, and tools are clean and ready for our culinary team. This position offers the chance to develop expertise while contributing directly to guest satisfaction in a stunning mountain resort community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room and all associated work areas
• Operate pot sinks and commercial dishwashing machines to clean cookware, flatware, and glassware
• Clean and sanitize the main kitchen, walk-in coolers, freezers, and all food storage areas
• Manage garbage disposal areas and maintain proper waste handling procedures
• Ensure kitchen equipment is properly cleaned, stored, and in working condition
• Uphold health and safety standards throughout all assigned kitchen areas

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Physical capability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to the Moran, Texas location
• Willingness to commit to a full-time summer seasonal schedule
