JP Euro is hiring a full-time Porsche Master Technician for our service facility in Canton, Stark County. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician to advance your career in European luxury vehicle diagnostics and repair. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

About the Role

As a Master Technician in our Canton location, you'll lead complex Porsche diagnostics, overhaul major systems, and ensure every vehicle that leaves our shop meets the highest performance and quality standards. This is a hands-on, specialized technical position for someone who takes pride in precision work and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair Porsche engines, transmissions, suspension, and electrical systems using factory tools and procedures
  • Perform complete overhauls, maintenance, and performance upgrades on luxury sports cars
  • Manage time efficiently on complex jobs while maintaining detailed work records
  • Communicate directly with customers about technical findings and repair recommendations
  • Stay current on Porsche model advances and repair techniques
  • Mentor junior technicians on diagnostic procedures and best practices

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Porsche or equivalent luxury European sports cars
  • ASE Master Technician certification or Porsche-specific training and certifications
  • Proficiency with diagnostic scanners and factory repair information systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Reliability and attention to detail on every job

Compensation & Schedule

Full-time position offering $50–$65 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Relocation assistance is provided for qualified candidates relocating to the Canton, Stark County area.
