About the Role

As a night shift Service Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of EōS Fitness during evening hours. You'll create a positive, motivating atmosphere while ensuring our facility operates smoothly and members receive exceptional service when they need it most.

What You'll Do

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and provide outstanding customer service at the front desk
• Process member check-ins and manage facility access throughout your shift
• Assist members with equipment orientation and answer fitness-related questions
• Maintain facility cleanliness, safety standards, and equipment functionality
• Support administrative tasks including scheduling and record keeping
• Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor facility security and ensure compliance with policies during evening operations
