About the Role
As a Service Associate at EōS Fitness, you are the front-line ambassador of the member experience. Working in the gym every day, you greet members, answer questions, and keep the club running smoothly so that everyone who walks through the door feels supported on their fitness journey. This full-time, in-person position is ideal for service-minded individuals who thrive in a fast-moving, people-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests warmly, setting a positive tone from the moment they arrive.
- Handle check-ins, membership inquiries, and front-desk operations with accuracy and care.
- Resolve questions and concerns promptly to build trust and long-term loyalty.
- Keep the front-desk and common areas clean, organized, and inviting.
- Promote EōS Fitness programs, services, and offerings to support member goals.
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver a consistent, high-quality club experience.
