About the Role

EōS Fitness is hiring a full-time Regional Maintenance Manager based in Orlando, Orange County. In this hands-on leadership position, you will oversee the physical condition, equipment, and maintenance operations of several fitness locations within your region. You will be the driving force that keeps each club running smoothly, ensuring members enjoy a welcoming, well-maintained environment every time they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and reactive maintenance programs across all clubs in your assigned region.
• Inspect facilities regularly to confirm that cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality meet company standards.
• Coordinate repairs, troubleshoot fitness equipment, and schedule outside vendors or contractors when needed.
• Track maintenance budgets, supplies, and work orders to control costs and reduce downtime.
• Respond quickly to facility issues and emergencies to minimize disruption for members and staff.
• Partner with club managers and regional leadership to prioritize projects and uphold brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities, building, or equipment maintenance, ideally across multiple sites.
• Strong hands-on technical ability spanning general repairs, basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Willingness and ability to travel between locations throughout Orlando and Orange County.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills paired with a strong sense of personal accountability.
• Self-motivated, optimistic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
