About the Role
As Director of Production, you'll oversee all aspects of our manufacturing and production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery of home décor and textile products. This is a full-time leadership position where you'll drive operational excellence, optimize production workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally with design, sourcing, logistics, and eCommerce teams to meet the demands of major retail partners.
What You'll Do
- Direct day-to-day production operations and manufacturing schedules across our facilities
- Establish and maintain quality control standards, ensuring products meet retailer specifications and customer expectations
- Lead, develop, and mentor the production team to achieve departmental goals
- Optimize production processes and implement efficiency improvements to reduce costs and waste
- Manage production timelines and coordinate with supply chain and logistics to meet delivery commitments
- Monitor equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze production metrics and provide actionable reports to senior leadership
- Partner with sourcing and design teams to ensure manufacturability and quality at scale
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Director of Production or similar leadership role in manufacturing or home goods industries
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and supply chain management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Experience scaling operations and driving process improvements
- Familiarity with retail partnerships and large-scale order fulfillment
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
