About the Role

As a Receptionist on our State Farm Agent team, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and the backbone of our daily operations. This is a full-time position where you'll manage phone inquiries, schedule client appointments, maintain organized records, and provide friendly, professional support to our agents and customers. You'll develop real relationships with the people we serve while handling the administrative work that keeps our office running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member
• Schedule and confirm client appointments, managing calendar coordination
• Maintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems
• Process paperwork and support policy-related administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming office environment
• Assist agents with general office support and coordination
