What You'll Do
- Assist the Village Clerk with administrative functions, including correspondence, scheduling, and general office operations

- Attend, record, and transcribe meetings for the Village Council, Planning & Zoning Board, and other municipal boards and commissions
- Prepare accurate meeting minutes and official documentation
- Respond to public records requests and manage information requests in compliance with applicable laws
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments and boards as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive municipal and personnel information
