About the Role

As Office Manager for Monster Tree Service of St. Louis, you'll be the backbone of our Fenton office, coordinating daily operations and enabling our team to deliver exceptional service. This is a hands-on position where your efficiency, communication skills, and attention to detail directly impact how smoothly the entire company functions. You'll manage customer interactions, oversee administrative workflows, and collaborate closely with field crews and management.

What You'll Do

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and field inquiries from residential and commercial customers in Fenton and the surrounding Saint Louis County area
• Schedule appointments and coordinate dispatch with crew members to optimize routes and project timelines
• Manage customer accounts, invoicing, payments, and follow-up communications
• Handle general bookkeeping, data entry, and filing to keep records organized and current
• Respond to customer feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and problem-solving
• Support sales and marketing efforts by maintaining customer information and tracking project details
• Order supplies and materials as needed to support field operations
• Communicate between office management and field teams to ensure alignment on priorities and job requirements
