What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise crew members on tree removal, trimming, and care projects throughout the Birmingham area
• Perform skilled tree climbing and ascent work using advanced techniques and safety equipment
• Operate professional arboriculture equipment and maintain tools in top condition
• Assess trees, evaluate job scope, and plan efficient, safe execution strategies
• Prioritize crew and site safety while maintaining high work standards
• Build positive relationships with customers and address job-site concerns professionally
• Train and mentor crew members in best practices and safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a tree climber, arborist, or tree care professional
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of climbing techniques, rigging, and tree care methods
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical capability to perform demanding manual labor
