Join Legends Global as a Cook B in the United States. We're seeking an experienced culinary professional to prepare and cook food at our premier event venues on a part-time basis.

Position Summary

As a Cook B, you'll play a vital role in the culinary operations of our event venues, where every meal contributes to unforgettable guest experiences. Working within a dynamic kitchen team, you'll execute recipes, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely food preparation for the diverse audiences that pass through our facilities. This part-time position offers the opportunity to develop your culinary skills while working in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking including washing, chopping, and portioning as needed
• Operate cooking equipment and monitor food during preparation to ensure quality and safety
• Follow established recipes and plating guidelines while maintaining consistency across services
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station in compliance with food safety regulations
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production during events
• Monitor food temperatures and storage to ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience working in a professional kitchen or food service environment
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently during high-volume, fast-paced service periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills within a collaborative kitchen environment
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift equipment and ingredients
• Willingness to follow recipes and direction from kitchen leadership
