Curia is seeking a seasoned Site Quality Head to lead and elevate quality systems at our Los Ranchos De Albuquerque facility in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. About the Role
As Site Quality Head in Los Ranchos De Albuquerque, you will own the quality vision for a key Curia site. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for ensuring that every product and process meets the rigorous standards expected of a global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) serving pharmaceutical and biotech partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct site-wide quality strategy, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion compliance with regulatory requirements and current good manufacturing practices (cGMP).
- Lead and develop the quality team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, operations, and customer-facing teams to keep therapies moving safely from development through delivery.
- Oversee audits, inspections, and corrective action programs to protect product integrity and patient safety.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in quality assurance or quality management within a regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or CDMO environment.
- Strong working knowledge of cGMP, regulatory frameworks, and quality systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to work on-site in Los Ranchos De Albuquerque, Bernalillo County.
