Hourly Shift Manager/Team Leader

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a full-time Shift Manager and Team Leader for our Snellville, Gwinnett County restaurant. Lead your team, drive exceptional guest satisfaction, and work alongside management to keep operations running smoothly.

About the Role

In this position, you'll partner with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to run the restaurant effectively each day. Your focus will be on building a motivated, energized team while ensuring guests receive outstanding service and supporting the restaurant's financial performance.

• Work with management to oversee daily restaurant operations and execution
• Lead and support your team, fostering collaboration and engagement
• Deliver consistently excellent guest service and hospitality
