What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and campus visitors in a fast-paced retail environment
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, handling cash, card transactions, and digital payments
• Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain an attractive, well-organized store layout
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and answer questions about products, course materials, and store services
• Support the team in opening and closing store procedures
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to student success
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and seasonal promotions
