Zone Team Leader

Retail Stores is hiring a Zone Team Leader to lead operations and develop talent at our Stephenville location in Erath County, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll drive store performance, support your team, and deliver the customer experience that defines who we are.

About the Role

As a Zone Team Leader at Retail Stores in Stephenville, you own accountability for a section of the store—managing floor operations, merchandise presentation, and team execution. You'll work hands-on with customers and staff alike, ensuring quality service and smooth daily operations while supporting your store leadership team.
