Regional Campaigns Director – Remote

Planned Parenthood Federation of America seeks a Regional Campaigns Director for a remote, full-time position focused on the Bee Cave, Travis County area. In this role, you'll develop and lead strategic advocacy and communications campaigns that advance reproductive health access and rights in your region and beyond.

About the Role

As Regional Campaigns Director, you'll drive comprehensive campaign strategies that amplify Planned Parenthood's mission and impact across your service area. Working remotely, you'll oversee all aspects of regional advocacy and public engagement, partnering with local affiliates and community organizations to ensure consistent, powerful messaging that resonates with diverse audiences and catalyzes meaningful change.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute regional campaign strategies aligned with organizational priorities and community-specific needs
• Oversee messaging, creative assets, and campaign deployment across digital, social, and traditional media platforms
• Coordinate with Planned Parenthood affiliates and partner organizations to amplify regional impact and reach
• Build and sustain coalitions with community leaders, advocacy groups, and key stakeholders
• Manage campaign budgets, analyze performance metrics, and report results to leadership
• Lead and mentor campaign team members across your region
• Track policy developments and identify emerging advocacy opportunities
• Communicate campaign progress and strategic insights to internal and external partners

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience directing and managing large-scale advocacy or political campaigns
• Proven expertise in campaign strategy, communications planning, and media execution
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Strong commitment to reproductive rights and Planned Parenthood's values
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Experience with digital campaign platforms and media analytics
