About the Role

As a Caregiver with our community, you'll be at the heart of our mission to enhance the lives of our residents through attentive, respectful care. This is a full-time position based on-site at West Fork at Weatherford, where you'll work alongside a supportive team committed to making a real difference every day.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate personal care assistance to seniors, supporting their independence and dignity
• Help with daily activities including hygiene, dressing, grooming, and meal support
• Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support to residents
• Maintain safe, clean, and comfortable living environments
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes or concerns promptly
• Demonstrate reliability, compassion, and respect in every interaction

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for supporting seniors and enhancing their quality of life
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to assist residents safely and comfortably
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor
• Willingness to learn, grow, and embrace a team-oriented approach
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous caregiving experience is valued but not required—we hire at all experience levels
