About This Position
You'll represent CKC Automation's automation solutions to manufacturing businesses across the Bay Area and West Coast. We serve automotive, medical device, pharmaceutical, energy, and semiconductor industries—sectors where the right automation transforms everything. This role puts you at the center of helping clients solve real operational challenges with engineering-backed, creative solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify sales opportunities in manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Build relationships with plant managers, operations leaders, and technical decision-makers
- Understand customer manufacturing challenges and present tailored automation solutions
- Work with CKC's engineering team to scope proposals and technical fit
- Manage sales pipeline, track opportunities, and report on progress
- Nurture and expand relationships within existing customer accounts
Skills & Qualifications
- Sales experience in industrial, technical, or manufacturing environments
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical and technical audiences alike
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined sales discipline
- Proven track record closing deals and building client relationships
- Comfort with CRM software and sales management tools
- Willingness to develop expertise in automation technology
