As a Caregiver with Civitas Senior Living, you'll be at the heart of our mission to serve seniors with respect and attentiveness. This full-time caregiver position focuses on providing hands-on assistance and emotional support to residents who depend on skilled, caring professionals. You'll work as part of an interdisciplinary team committed to person-centered care and fostering meaningful connections within our Roanoke community.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and report on residents' health status and well-being throughout your shift
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' social engagement
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces for those in your care
• Collaborate with nursing staff and care teams to ensure coordinated, quality resident outcomes
• Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns with patience and professionalism
• Document care activities and observations as required by facility standards
